Some things you wear make you feel different straight away. I made this piece for the days when your joints remind you they're there - the flowers hand-engraved, one petal at a time, the vine slowly traced around the full band with the same tool I've used for thirty years.
Copper has been worn against the skin for thousands of years by people who needed to keep their bodies moving, and those who come back to me always say the same thing: they've stopped noticing what they used to feel in their wrists.
This is one of the last bracelets I'll make before I close my workshop for good. I hope it finds the wrist that needs it most.
